* Tuition fees must be paid in full before commencement for enrolment to be confirmed.

* Students can request for enrolment alterations no later than 2 weeks to the commencement of their course. Enrolment and tuition fees will not be refundable to students who do not attend courses.

* Students are only entitled to one deferment/change of course.

* Students may request for a full refund of tuition not later than 3 business days to the course commencement. Should a refund be granted, an admin charge of 25% would be deducted.

* If there is an inadequate number of registrations for a course, LAA can opt to reschedule within two days before the days of commencement. In events like this, a full refund will be granted.

* LAA will not be liable for any other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the course participant(s) such as transportation charges, hotel bills etc.

* For IATA Students, dollar fees cover study kits and IATA Exam and is non-refundable
